How it works: You only need ONE iPhone or ONE iPad in the childrens room. The app will send tweets which you can receive on every browser-capable device (smartphone/PC/Mac/iPad) using http://twitter.com or a Twitter-App. Both devices need only Edge E for the data transmission. Of course, 3G or WiFi work as well. The app will report your childs activities using Twitter regularly (interval configurable in the settings). The configuration of the app is wizard-based and super easy.
So far you dont have a Twitter account? Or you dont want to use your regular Twitter account? With iOS 5 and up you can comfortably create a new Twitter account directly with your iPhone/iPad: ==> Settings ==> Twitter.

This app does a great job of letting you monitor your sleeping baby when you are not in the same room. One great feature is that since it uses Twitter to tell you how the baby is doing, you can configure things in a lot of different ways. You can follow it from a computer, another phone (doesnt even have to be another iPhone), or even other kinds of devices. The audio sensitivity works great. Highly recommend.
